The short answer

This site uses no cookies — neither our own nor third-party. There is no analytics, no advertising script and no social network tooling on it, so we have nothing to store and we do not need your consent.

What the browser does remember

One item in session storage (sessionStorage) — a flag that you arrived here from another page of this site. Thanks to it, the full intro preloader does not replay on every click-through.

It is not a cookie, it is never sent to a server, it holds nothing about you, and it disappears the moment you close the tab.

Fonts and external resources

The Hellix typeface is hosted on this domain. No fonts are loaded from third-party servers, so no request leaves this site.

Who processes your data

What data we hold

This site has no database and no user accounts. We store nothing that could be tied to a particular person until you contact us yourself.

The contact form does not send data to our server — it opens your email client with the message prefilled. Whatever you write there reaches us as an ordinary email, and we handle it like any other post: name, email address, optionally company, and the content of the message.

Why we process it

So that we can reply to you and agree on working together. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry, and — once we are working together — the performance of a contract.

How long we keep it

Project correspondence is kept for the duration of the work and three years after it ends. Enquiries that did not lead to a project are deleted within one year.

Who we share it with

We never sell it and never pass it on for marketing. Our email provider has access to the mailbox as a processor, and our accountant to the extent needed for invoicing.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to object and the right to data portability. Writing to hello@1961.studio is enough.
